Shantara Resort and Spa Port Douglas are new Boutique Apartments for couples, positioned central to Four Mile Beach, shops and restaurants of Macrossan Street as well as being a short stroll to the Marina. The One Bedroom Apartments and Studio Rooms have been fitted out with quality furniture and fittings. The Apartments have large spa baths, separate shower, king bed, full kitchen and large living area. Hotel Rooms are great for that short stay, queen bed, kitchenettes, shower recess only, ground level rooms connect to a pool deck, four Apartments have jacuzzis in private courtyards and pool deck access. There are two large salt water swimming pools, one of which is heated in the winter months and cooled in the summer, the second pool is connected to the barbecue area for guests to enjoy on balmy nights. Further features are an equipped gymnasium and day spa for massages. Shantara Port Douglas is exclusive to couples that are looking for serenity, with personal and friend service. They welcome children from the ages of 16.
